近日，海润天睿律师事务所迎来高级合伙人庞晓军律师、合伙人白宝恩律师、合伙人陶化安律师、合伙人赵婉彤律师加盟北京办公室。
庞律师专注于处置疑难刑事案件及企业法律风险防控业务，此前在北京京都（上海）律师事务所担任合伙人，并具有公安机关和政法部门工作经历。他曾代理过多起大型集团高管利用未公开信息交易案、侵犯专利权案、非法获取计算机信息系统数据案等多起疑难刑事案件，还为多家大型国企及上市公司在刑事法律风险、商事争议解决领域出具法律意见。
白律师曾在斐石律师事务所担任合伙人，他的业务领域包括公司合规、劳动合同、税务争议、涉外法律服务等。在外商投资领域，白律师曾主办或参与了多个国际公司在境内企业设立、公司重组、并购事宜等，相关行业涉及能源、工程机械、医疗设备以及软件等。白律师还在公司合规以及人力资源和税务领域里具备丰富经验，曾为多个国内外公司提供法律咨询服务。
陶律师具有28年法律实务经验，曾在北京市东卫律师事务所担任合伙人，擅长经济犯罪案件辩护，曾任反贪检察官、刑事法官，注册会计师。自从事律师职业以来，陶律师专注普通经济犯罪、金融证券与税务犯罪辩护和证券与税务行政争议听证、复议、诉讼代理。近年来，他曾先后为各大公司、企业、单位提供职务侵占、行贿与单位行贿、挪用公款、集资诈骗等法律服务。
赵律师曾在京都律师事务所担任合伙人，专注于企业全生命周期法律服务，擅长股权转让、资产并购、投融资、证券基金、民商事争议解决等方面的工作。在过去的十余年中，长期为国家体育总局体育彩票管理中心、中国国际经济技术合作促进会等国企和私企提供法律服务。

Hai Run welcomes multiple partners in Beijing
Hai Run Law Firm has expanded its professional team by adding Pang Xiaojun as senior partner, and Bai Baoen, Tao Huaan and Zhao Wantong as partners in its Beijing office.
Pang is an expert in criminal and corporate legal risks. He was a partner at King & Capital Law Firm, and has experience in police institutions as well as judicial and enforcement authorities. Pang has acted in many criminal cases, such as large enterprises’ executives using undisclosed information for trading, patent infringement, and illegal acquisition of information system data. He has also advised many large state-owned enterprises and listed companies in criminal legal risks and commercial dispute resolution.
Bai was a partner at Fieldfisher before joining Hai Run. His practice areas include corporate compliance, labour contract, tax dispute, foreign-relate law service. In the area of foreign investment, Bai has participated in the establishment, reorganization and M&A of many multinational companies, involving energy, construction machinery, medical equipment and software. He has also advised a number of domestic and foreign companies on corporate compliance, human resource and tax.
Prior to joining Hai Run, Tao was a partner in Beijing Dongwei Law Firm. He has 28-year’s legal experience, with expertise on economic crime defense. He focuses on general economic crimes, financial securities and tax crime defense and securities and tax administrative dispute resolution. Bai has provided legal advice on embezzlement, bribery, fraudulent fund-raising for a number of companies.
Zhao was a partner at King & Capital Law Firm. She focuses on the legal services for full-life cycle of the enterprise, with experience in equity transfer, M&A, investment and financing, securities funds, civil and commercial dispute resolution. In the past decade, Zhao has provided long-term legal services for state-owned enterprises and private companies.
This is another important lateral hiring of Hai Run after adding Guo Jie and her team in April. In a press release, Hai Run says: “Their joining will further strengthen the comprehensive strength of Hai Run in the professional areas of enterprise criminal risk prevention, intellectual property rights, labour, tax and foreign legal services, and help Hai Run to better provide customers with a full range of one-stop legal services.”
