海问律师事务所近日迎来跨境并购专家傅端律师以国际合伙人身份加盟其北京、香港办公室。

傅律师拥有超过15年的法律执业经验，主要从事跨境并购和投融资业务，特别是私募投资和涉及美国、香港上市公司的并购。加入海问前，傅律师曾在阿里巴巴工作。

海问在一份新闻稿中表示，傅律师的加入，将进一步壮大其在跨境并购和投融资等领域的综合实力以及在相关专业服务的广度和深度。

这是海问自仇浩然、申博亚律师后，今年引入的第三批合伙人级别律师。

Haiwen adds cross-border M&A expert in Beijing, Hong Kong

Haiwen & Partners has recently added cross-border M&A expert Fu Duan as an international partner in its Beijing and Hong Kong offices.

Fu has more than 15 years of legal practice experience, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and investment and financing, especially private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions involving U.S. and Hong Kong listed companies. Prior to joining Haiwen, Fu worked at Alibaba.

Haiwen addressed in a press release that the addition of Fu will further strengthen the firm’s comprehensive strength in cross-border M&A and investment and financing, as well as the breadth and depth of its related professional services.

This is the third batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year after Hallam Chow and Shen Boya.
