近日，北京炜衡律师事务所越南分所在河内成立。这是炜衡开设的第四家海外分支机构。

近十年来，越南逐渐承接了中国的劳动密集型产业，大力发展对外出口，2018年，其GDP增速达到7.1%，随着中美爆发贸易摩擦，2019年第一季度，越南对美出口增长40%，成为了亚洲各国中对美商品出口增速最快的国家。越南的高速发展也吸引了中国律所纷纷前往布局。

炜衡越南分所目前有13位工作人员，包括两位中国律师和四位越南律师——其中一人为合伙人，五人为普通律师。分所负责人为朱俊律师，他已在越南从事了近13年法律服务，专注于外资公司设立、股权收购、尽职调务、知识产权业务、越南法律咨询等领域。

炜衡在2006年就成立了越南法律服务团队。未来越南分所的业务领域将涉及外资公司设立、尽职调查、知识产权业务、重大合同谈判、诉讼和仲裁、项目考察等。此外，目前越南分所已为40余家中国、新加坡企业收购各领域越南公司提供了法律服务。

此外，炜衡上海分所近日迎来了高级合伙人章晓科律师加盟。章律师原任金诚同达律师事务所上海分所高级合伙人，其执业领域为境外投资和外商投资，熟悉房地产、能源及环保领域，曾服务客户包括国家电网、美国通用电气、中海油、国际纸业、国家开发银行等。

W&H opens office in Vietnam, hires another senior partner in Shanghai

Beijing Wei Heng Law Firm (W&H Lawyers) has established a new branch in Hanoi, Vietnam, and also hired energy expert Zhang Xiaoke in Shanghai as a senior partner from Jincheng Tongda & Neal.

Zhang is W&H’s second senior partner hire in Shanghai in recent weeks. Last month, the firm welcomed capital markets and corporate/M&A lawyer Jin Daiwen from Long An Law Firm.

Zhang focuses on foreign investments in China, with special knowledge of the real estate and energy industries. He is also experienced in environmental protection laws. 

W&H’s Vietnam, its fourth overseas branch, has a headcount of thirteen people, including two Chinese lawyers and four Vietnamese lawyers. The new office is led by Zhu Jun, who has thirteen years of legal experience in that country and focuses on foreign company establishment, M&A and IP.

The new office will advise Chinese companies who have interests in Vietnam in various aspects. It has already helped 32 construction companies apply for local certifications, and has acted in more than 40 M&A deals.
