炜衡律师事务所近日迎来金融证券专家段爱群律师以高级合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。此前，段律师曾任北京市康达律师事务所高级合伙人、北京大成律师事务所的高级合伙人。

段律师擅于提供法律、金融与会计和财税交叉领域的高端法律服务，在金融证券、投资并购领域具备丰富的经验，曾在中环海陆创业板IPO、伟创电气科创板IPO等项目中担任签字律师。段律师还曾任中华全国律协财税专业委员会副主任、财政部 PPP 立法起草小组专家组主要成员等社会职务。

这是炜衡今年官宣的第一起高级合伙人级别引入。

W&H adds finance and securities expert in Beijing

W&H Law Firm has hired Duan Aiqun, an expert in finance and securities, as a senior partner in its Beijing office. Prior to that, Duan was a senior partner at Dentons China and Beijing Kangda Law Firm, respectively.

With expertise in legal, finance, and accounting and tax, Duan has extensive practice experience in areas like finance and securities, as well as investment and M&A. He has led the legal team in capital market projects like Zhonghuan Hailu’s IPO in GEM and Veichi Electric’s STAR Market IPO. Additionally, Duan served as the deputy director of finance and taxation committee of All China Lawyers Association and a member of the expert group of PPP legislation drafting group of the Ministry of Finance.

This is W&H’s first senior partner-level hire announced in 2022.
