环球律师事务所近日迎来三位专家李得源、李袁媛、杨皓彦律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京、成都办公室。

李得源律师将常驻环球北京办公室，他专注于风险投资及私募股权投资、公司并购、外商直接投资和一般公司事务等领域。加入环球之前，他曾在植德律师事务所工作。

李袁媛律师将加入环球成都办公室，她主要从事企业合规、境内外投资并购、国际贸易、争议解决等业务。加入环球之前，她曾在炜衡律师事务所工作。

杨皓彦律师也同样常驻于成都办公室，他深耕的业务领域为银行与融资、公司并购、债务重组与公司清算/破产、争议解决等。加入环球之前，他曾在四川果然律师事务所工作。

环球在一份新闻稿中表示，三位合伙人的加入将充实其在各领域的业务实力，为服务更多行业客户贡献智慧和见解。

Global adds three experts in Beijing and Chengdu

Global Law Office has recently added three experts Li Deyuan, Li Yuanyuan, Yang Haoyan as partners in its Beijing and Chengdu offices.

Li Deyuan will be based in the firm’s Beijing office, he focuses on venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Global, he worked at Merits & Tree Law Offices.

Li Yuanyuan and Yang Haoyan will be based in Chengdu, Li specializes in corporate compliance, domestic and international M&A, international trade, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Global, she worked at W&H Law Firm.

Yang focuses on banking and finance, M&A, debt restructuring and liquidation/bankruptcy, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Global, he worked at Guoran Law Firm.

Global addressed in a press release that the addition of the three partners will strengthen the firm's practice in various areas, contributing wisdom and insights to serve clients in a wider range of industries.
