环球律师事务所近日迎来四位专家谷琛、余海燕、查建海、张燕律师以合伙人身份分别加盟其深圳、成都、北京及上海办公室。

谷律师的主要执业领域为资本市场、商业并购融资、公司治理以及争议解决。加入环球之前，谷律师曾在大成律师事务所工作。

余律师专注于知识产权、反不正当竞争、反垄断、知识产权刑事控告和辩护以及文娱和体育。加入环球之前，余律师曾在锦天城律师事务所工作。

查律师也同样深耕与知识产权领域，具有二十余年的丰富执业经验。加入环球之前，查律师曾在联德律师事务所工作。

张律师的主要执业领域为公司与并购、私募股权/风险投资、合规与风控，尤其擅长于涉及生命科学及医疗领域的各类法律事务。加入环球之前，张律师曾在君合律师事务所工作。

环球在一份新闻稿中表示，四位合伙人的加入将有效加强其在相关业务领域的综合实力和竞争优势，为该所更深层次的专业化发展注入新生动力。

这是环球今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Global adds four experts in four offices

Global Law Office has recently added four experts Gu Chen, Yu Haiyan, Geoffrey Zha, Joyce Zhang as partners in its Shenzhen, Chengdu, Beijing and Shanghai offices respectively.

Gu's main areas of practice are capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Global, Gu worked at Dacheng Law Offices.

Yu focuses on intellectual property, unfair competition, antitrust, criminal prosecution and defense of intellectual property, and entertainment and sports. Prior to joining Global, Yu worked at AllBright Law Offices.

Zha also specializes in intellectual property and has more than 20 years of experience in the field. Prior to joining Global, Zha worked at LexField Law Offices.

Zhang focuses his practice on corporate and M&A, private equity/venture capital, compliance and risk control, with a particular emphasis on life sciences and healthcare. Prior to joining Global, Zhang worked at JunHe.

Global addressed in a press release that the addition of the four partners will further enhance the firm’s overall strengths and competitive advantages in the relevant practice areas and give new impetus to its deeper professional development.

This is the second batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
