环球律师事务所迎来五位合伙人蒋弘、龚一朵、黄丽君、王傲寒、廖素芳律师及其团队分别加入其北京、上海、深圳办公室。

蒋律师将常驻北京总部，专注于商事争议解决的研究和实践，精通仲裁法律和规则。加入环球前，蒋律师曾担任天同律师事务所仲裁业务总负责人。

同样来自天同的还有龚律师，她将常驻环球上海办公室，她专注于争议解决领域，特别是在仲裁领域具有丰富的实践经验。

黄律师主的要业务领域为知识产权和争议解决，擅长为医药、医疗器械、化工等领域的知识产权法律服务。黄律师将常驻环球上海办公室，加入环球前，她曾就职于金杜律师事务所。

同样来自金杜并将常驻上海办公室的还有王律师，她的主要执业领域为知识产权和争议解决，擅长为材料、新能源、电子通信以及半导体领域的知识产权法律服务。

廖律师将常驻环球深圳办公室，她专注于争议解决、债务重组与公司清算/破产、公司与并购等领域。加入环球前，廖律师就职于晟典律师事务所。

环球在一份新闻稿中表示，几位专家的加入将进一步强化该所在争议解决、知识产权、生命科学及医疗等领域的专业实力，为区域办公室注入发展新动力，以更好地满足客户不断变化的法律需求。

这是环球今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Global adds five experts in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen

Global Law Office has recently added Jiang Hong, Nicole Gong, Huang Lijun, Wang Aohan, Liao Sufang as partners in its Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen offices.

Jiang will be based in Beijing, she specializes in the study and practice of commercial dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in handling complex and high-profile domestic and international arbitration cases. Prior to joining Global, Jiang worked as the head of the arbitration practice at TianTong Law Firm.

Gong is also from Tiantong, she will be joining the firm’s Shanghai office, she has extensive practical experience in dispute resolution, especially in arbitration.

Huang will be joining the firm’s Shanghai office as well, she focuses on intellectual property, especially in the sectors of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and chemicals. Prior to joining Global, she worked at King & Wood Mallesons.

Wang is also from KWM, she has over 16 years of practicing experience in the fields of intellectual property and dispute resolution, especially in the sectors of materials, green energy, electronic communications, and semi-conductor.

Liao will be joining the firm’s Shenzhen office, specializing in dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), debt restructuring and corporate liquidation/bankruptcy, and corporate and M&A.

This is the second batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
