盈科律师事务所近日迎来粤港澳大湾区执业律师张翘欣（左）、郑冠宙加盟其深圳办公室。此前，张律师担任香港周张律师事务所创始合伙人及管理合伙人，郑律师则在香港郑黄律师行担任合伙人。

张律师专业领域涉及国际电子商务、跨境法律查明、公司法、合同、债务追讨、粤港澳大湾区民商事诉讼、仲裁、调解、知识产权保护和争议解决、婚姻法、遗产继承、国际公证和海牙认证等。

郑律师擅长民商诉讼、知识产权管理、土地物业买卖、公司清盘及债务重组等领域业务。他同时担任广州仲裁委员会的注册仲裁员等职。

Yingke adds two GBA-qualified HK lawyers in Shenzhen

Yingke Law Firm has recently hired Cheung Kiu Yan (L) and Cheng Kwun Chau, two Hong Kong lawyers who recently obtained qualification to practice in nine mainland cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, in its Shenzhen office.

Cheung’s practice areas include international e-commerce, cross-border investigation, corporate, contract, debt claiming, commercial litigation in GBA, arbitration, mediation, intellectual property protection and dispute resolution, marital law, inheritance, and international notary and apostille.

Cheng has expertise in civil and commercial litigation, IP management, land and property transaction, liquidation, and debt restructuring. He is also a registered arbitrator at Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
