JunHe hires bankruptcy expert from Zhong Lun in Shenzhen

JunHe has hired bankruptcy expert Shen Feng as partner in its Shenzhen office from Zhong Lun Law Firm.

According to JunHe, Shen focuses on bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation and has more than 11 years of practice experience in those areas. She has participated and led in various cases involving the reorganization of both mainland and Hong Kong-listed companies, bankruptcy liquidation of financial institutions, as well as the mandatory liquidation of Sino-foreign joint ventures and a conversion of execution into bankruptcy.

Shen’s arrival will further strengthen the firm’s business in the areas of corporate bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation, JunHe added.
