总部位于美国加州的科律律师事务所近日宣布焕新亚太地区部分管理团队，值得注意的是，此次焕新全部集中于大中华地区，包括新增了北京、香港办事处主管合伙人，且有新任主管合伙人履新上海办事处。
在北京，曾恂律师出任首位北京办事处主管合伙人。该办事处创办于2018年，第二年曾律师便从瑞格律师事务所加盟。她专注于投资基金业务，2021年成为科律合伙提名委员会第一位亚太地区成员。目前科律北京共有25位律师，包括2名合伙人。
在香港，余仙律师出任首位香港办事处主管合伙人。该办事处创立于2019年，同年余律师从盛德律师事务所加盟。他专注于资本市场业务，尤其是香港联交所的首次公开发行事务，并于2023年3月荣登ALB首届“香港律师新星大奖”榜单。目前科律香港有24位律师，包括4名合伙人。
在上海，刘毅铭律师接替张扬律师，出任科律上海新一任主管合伙人。科律上海创办于2011年，张扬律师在此后一直担任该办事处负责人。2021年，刘律师自美迈斯律师事务所加盟科律，他擅长代表生命科学与高新科技行业的企业和投资基金客户处理战略交易，尤其延续了科律在生命科学和医疗健康领域的服务优势。目前科律上海有28位律师，包括4位合伙人。

Cooley refreshes Greater China leadership, adding new heads in Beijing, Hong Kong
California-headquartered law firm Cooley has recently announced a new generation of leadership in three of its Asia offices, including two first-ever partners in charge in the firm’s Beijing and Hong Kong offices, as well as a new head for its Shanghai office.
In Beijing, Zeng Xun was appointed as the first-ever partner in charge in the firm’s Beijing office. Zeng moved to Cooley from Ropes & Gray in 2019 after the new Beijing office was founded in 2018. She is a partner in Cooley’s investment funds practice and became the first Asia-based member of the firm’s partnership nominating committee in 2021.
Cooley now has 25 lawyers in Beijing, including 2 partners.
In Hong Kong, Michael Yu becomes the first-ever partner in charge of the firm’s Hong Kong office. Yu joined the firm back in 2019 from Sidley Austin when Cooley’s Hong Kong office was established in the same year. He focuses on capital markets and was just ranked among ALB’s inaugural ALB Hong Kong Rising Stars ranking this March.
Cooley now has 24 lawyers in Hong Kong, including 4 partners.
In Shanghai, Liu Yiming has assumed leadership of the office from Christina Zhang, who led the Shanghai office since joining Cooley in 2012, one year after Cooley founded the very office. Liu joined Cooley in Shanghai from O'Melveny & Myers in 2021. He focuses on serving companies and investment funds in the life sciences and technology industries, helping the firm to maintain its reputation within the life sciences and healthcare clients in China.
Cooley now has 28 lawyers in Shanghai, including 4 partners.
