竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来两位专家郭磊、张晗律师以合伙人的身份加入。

郭律师将在竞天公诚天津办公室工作，他的专业领域为投资与并购、诉讼、仲裁、银行及金融、房地产与建设工程、不良资产处置等，也十分擅长处理公司治理类争议解决、商事合同纠纷等诉讼、仲裁案件。加入竞天公诚前，郭律师曾在天津森宇律师事务所工作。

张律师将在竞天公诚深圳办公室工作，她的专业领域为资本市场、投资与并购、重大资产重组、私募股权与风险投资、公司法与商法，她十分擅长境内外证券发行、企业改制和重组、企业投融资、股权激励等业务。加入竞天公诚之前，张律师曾在华商律师事务所担任合伙人。

竞天公诚在一份新闻稿中表示，两位律师的加入将为其不断提升业务水准、开拓法律服务市场增添力量。

这是竞天公诚今引入的第三批合伙人级别律师。

Jingtian & Gongcheng adds partners in Tianjin, Shenzhen

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recently added two experts Guo Lei, and Zhang Han as partners.

Guo will be based in the firm's Tianjin office. He specialises in investment and M&A, litigation, arbitration, banking and finance, real estate and construction, and disposal of non-performing assets, and he is also good at handling corporate governance dispute resolution, commercial contract disputes, and other litigation and arbitration cases. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Guo worked at Tianjin Senyu Law Firm.

Zhang will work in Jingtian & Gongcheng's Shenzhen office. She focuses on capital markets, investment and M&A, major asset restructuring, private equity and venture capital, corporate and commercial law, specialising in domestic and international securities offerings, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, corporate investment and financing, and equity incentives. Zhang previously worked as a partner at China Commercial Law Firm.

Jingtian & Gongcheng stated that adding the two partners will further enhance its ongoing efforts to raise the standard of its practice and develop the legal services market.

This is the firm's third batch of partner-level hires this year.
