刘亚玮律师在完成纽约大学硕士学位后，近日作为合伙人重新加盟邦信阳上海办公室。刘律师在赴美留学之前曾是邦信阳的资深律师。毕业后在美国Troutman Sanders有短暂工作经历。刘亚玮律师多年从事外商投资、公司并购及融资等相关法律业务，曾为Magna国际公司、马石油PETRONAS、R.R. Donnelley & Sons、TNT等众多世界500强企业及其他国内外知名企业担任法律顾问。
Boss & Young has added William Liu to its partnership. Liu, who was previously a senior associate at the Shanghai-based firm, left to pursue an LLM at New York University and also spent time with US firm Troutman Sanders. Liu’s hire will increase the number of partners at the firm to 18.
The New York-admitted Liu practices across the entire spectrum of corporate law from FDI to M&A. He has acted for clients from over 20 countries including Fortune 500 heavyweights such as Magna International, PETRONAS, R.R. Donnelley & Sons, and TNT. ALB
