此前曾在欧华担任过合伙人的Bertrand Theaud律师，近期已加入美国温斯顿国际律师事务所，成为驻在上海代表处的合伙人。

Theaud的主要业务领域为公司和并购。他曾代理过众多法国和其他国家客户在中国的投资和跨境交易项目，并在零售和化工等行业拥有丰富经验。

温斯顿于2008年底在香港设立了代表处。又于去年11月，该所通过吸收来自美国海陆国际律师事务所 (Heller Ehrman) 的几位律师和其他一些法律专业人士，得以在北京和上海同时成立两家代表处。目前，该所在大中华区共有21位律师，其中包括7位合伙人。

Winston & Strawn has added a new corporate and M&A partner, Bertrand Theaud, to its Shanghai office. Theaud was most recently a partner for DLA Piper in Shanghai.

Theaud has participated in the structuring and closing of various domestic and cross-border deals for French and other foreign clients in diverse industries, with a more specific expertise in retail and chemical. 

Theaud's appointment will further strengthen Winston's presence in mainland China and Asia.  The opening of the firm's offices in Beijing and Shanghai, through the acquisition of the PRC legal practice of the dissolved Heller Ehrman, was approved last October, following the opening of its Hong Kong office at the end of 2008. Currently, there are 21 lawyers based in the firm's China offices, including seven partners. ALB
