美富律师事务所近日迎来赵蓉婧律师以私募股权和并购业务合伙人身份加盟其中国办事处。加入美富前， 她曾在美国凯易国际律师事务所担任合伙人。

赵律师从业超过15年，在为私募股权基金、机构投资者和大型企业提供建议，对处理复杂的跨境交易（包括控股交易和杠杆收购、并购、成长型资本投资、分拆和困境企业并购交易）拥有丰富经验。

美富在一篇新闻稿中指出，赵律师的加入彰显了其持续拓展在亚洲和全球办事处的领先私募股权业务能力。

这是美富今年引入的第四位私募股权合伙人。

MoFo adds PE expert in China

Morrison Foerster has hired partner Zhao Rongjing to the firm’s Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups in China. Prior to joining MoFo, Zhao was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.

Zhao has extensive experience advising private equity firms, institutional investors, and major corporations on complex cross-border transactions, including control deals and leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, growth capital investments, spin-offs, and distressed M&A transactions for more than 15 years.

MoFo addressed in a press release that Zhao’s addition further strengthens and deepens the firm’s global private equity capabilities in China, Asia, and beyond.

Zhao is the fourth private equity partner to join the firm this year.
