总部位于英国伦敦的西盟斯律师事务所近日迎来刘瑞娜律师以合伙人身份加入其中国TMT（科技、媒体、电信）团队。此前，刘律师执业于汉坤律师事务所。加入西盟斯后，她将常驻北京。

刘律师自2008年起从事律师工作，曾于2013年加入汉坤。她专注于TMT和生命科学领域，擅长就并购和私募股权交易、企业合规为多个行业的客户提供法律服务，包括电信、互联网、电子商务、信息技术、媒体与娱乐、医疗保健、制药和生物技术等。刘律师还在外商直接投资、资本市场、基础设施和项目融资、房地产、劳动法和知识产权领域提供法律服务。

刘律师加盟后，西盟斯北京办公室共有四位合伙人。

Simmons & Simmons expands its TMT practice in China

UK-headquartered Simmons & Simmons has hired TMT expert Liu Ruina as a partner in its Beijing office from PRC firm Han Kun Law Offices.

Liu started her legal career in 2008 and joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2013. With expertise in TMT and life sciences, Liu has experience advising clients on M&A, private equity, and corporate compliance, involving industries like telecommunication, Internet, e-commerce, information technology, media and entertainment, healthcare, and medicine and biology. She also provides legal services in foreign direct investment, capital market, infrastructure and project finance, real estate, labour law, and intellectual property.

With Liu’s addition, Simmons’ Beijing office now has four partners.
