英国诺顿罗氏律师事务所近日迎来公司业务专家李杰律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。此前，李律师在美国何威安卓律师事务所担任合伙人。

李律师拥有20年的中国跨境业务执业经验，完成了大量的能源和基础设施项目及交易。他长期服务于能源、石油和天然气、电力、可再生能源和基础设施企业及金融机构，为客户提供全方位的法律服务，涵盖公司法、并购、合资、贸易、项目融资、贷款安排、监管和合规等。

NRF strengthens Beijing arm with corporate partner

Norton Rose Fulbright has hired corporate lawyer Jerry Li as a partner in its Beijing office from Hunton Andrews Kurth, where he was a partner.

Li has 20 years of China-outbound experience and has been involved in numerous projects and transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He regularly advises energy, oil and gas, power, renewable and infrastructure companies as well as financial institutions on corporate, M&A, joint venture, trading, project financing, credit facility, regulatory and compliance matters.

NRF’s Beijing head Wang Yi said in a press release: “We’re delighted to welcome Jerry to the firm. He has deep knowledge of legal, commercial and operational issues impacting companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors as well as extensive corporate and M&A experience. Jerry will enhance our offering to our Chinese and international clients.”
