与史密夫斐尔律师事务所联营的科伟律师事务所迎来科技、媒体与电信行业（TMT）资深律师张卫华加盟，她将以合伙人身份执业于科伟，并同时于上海和北京为客户提供服务。

张律师早年曾短暂工作于集佳律师事务所，后于2005年加入权亚律师事务所并于该所工作17余年，任职该所高级合伙人。

张律师专注于TMT行业，擅长公司事务、交易咨询和监管合规领域。她在为中国成长型和大型科技企业就境内外兼并收购、私募股权投资、资本市场、合资和公司重组提供法律咨询方面拥有丰富经验。她还为跨国企业在中国就外国直接投资、数据保护、广告法等事务提供咨询。

伴随张律师的加盟，据科伟官网，其目前拥有8名合伙人、1名资深顾问，以及2名顾问。此前，科伟曾于2021年9月迎来知识产权合伙人雷鹏律师加盟。

HSF’s JO firm Kewei welcomes TMT veteran from TransAsia

Herbert Smith Freehills’ joint venture firm in Shanghai, Kewei Law Firm, has hired Justina Zhang as a corporate partner in Shanghai. Before joining Kewei, Zhang had been with the Beijing-headquartered TransAsia Lawyers for nearly eighteen years, where she left as a senior partner.

Zhang is a TMT specialist in both corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience advising Chinese growth and large tech clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital markets, joint ventures and corporate restructurings in both China and internationally. She also advises multinationals on foreign direct investment in China, as well as data and advertising matters.

"This is another major expansion of our capabilities in China with Kewei, following IP partner Peng Lei's move to Kewei in September 2021," says May Tai, Herbert Smith Freehills' Asia managing partner.

With Zhang’s arrival, Kewei now has eight partners and three counsels.
