达辉律师事务所公司与并购业务迎来了薛颖圆律师和朱旭律师以合伙人身份加盟，他们曾长期在国内、国际律师事务所工作。两位律师都将常驻达辉律师事务所上海办公室。
朱旭律师主要为中国复杂的跨境并购和外商投资交易提供咨询服务。朱律师的主要执业领域涵盖跨境并购、外商直接投资、一般公司事务及私募股权和风险资本融资。此外，朱律师还为多家大型国有企业的海外证券市场合规提供咨询。朱律师曾就读于宾夕法尼亚大学及北京大学；在加入达辉之前曾在英国富而德律师事务所的上海和北京办公室执业多年。
薛颖圆律师的主要执业领域为股权投资、兼并和收购、公司重组、资产处置和日常公司事务等。她在代表国内外客户处理投资项目、跨境并购项目以及国内公司重组项目等领域有丰富的经验。薛律师向各个行业的重要客户提供投资及并购咨询服务，涉及消费产品、金融、教育、电信、医疗、软件、传统及互联网媒体、制造业、贸易、物流及运输等行业。薛律师曾就读于复旦大学，在加入达辉之前曾在金杜律师事务所执业12年。
DaHui Strengthens Corporate/M&A Teams with Two New Partners in Shanghai
Dahui Lawyers has added two partners to its Corporate/M&A practice group, Jacky Zhu and Yingyuan Xue, bringing with them a combined two decades of prior work with PRC and international firms. Both partners will be based in DaHui’s Shanghai office.
Jacky Zhu primarily advises clients on complex cross-border M&A and foreign investment transactions in China. His primary practice areas include cross-border M&A, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters, and private equity and venture capital financing. Jacky also advises multiple major SOEs on their compliance with the rules of overseas stock markets. Before joining Dahui Lawyers, Jacky worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Shanghai and Beijing for several years, after obtaining law degrees from University of Pennsylvania and Peking University.
Yingyuan Xue focuses on equity investments, merger and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring, assets dispositions and daily corporate matters. She is experienced in representing international and local clients in investment projects, cross-border merger and acquisitions and re-structuring of existing entities in PRC and has advised clients from a wide range of industries, including consumer products, finance, education, telecommunication, medical, software, traditional and internet media, manufacturing, trading, logistics and transportation. Before joining Dahui Lawyers, Yingyuan worked at King & Wood Mallesons a major PRC law firm for 12 years, after obtaining a law degree from Fudan University.
