达辉律师事务所近日迎来劳动法及合规调查领域专家陈俊豪律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。此前，陈律师在权亚律师事务所担任合伙人，领导劳动及雇佣业务团队。

陈律师在劳动及雇佣、合规调查、公司治理和争议解决等领域具有超过二十年的跨法域执业经验，长期为多家跨国企业提供法律服务，涉及多种行业。此外，陈律师在反腐败和舞弊调查及公司合规治理等方面亦有涉猎，善于在复杂合规案件中为客户提供解决方案。

这是达辉继今年1月迎来卢琼、杨政炜两位律师之后的最新一起合伙人级别引入。

DaHui strengthens labour law and compliance investigation practices by adding partner in Shanghai

Dahui Lawyers has hired Joon Ho Tan, an expert in labour law and compliance investigation, as a partner in its Shanghai office from TransAsia Lawyers, where he was a partner leading the team of labour and recruitment practice.

Tan has over 20 years of cross-jurisdictional practice experience in areas of labour and recruitment, compliance investigation, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. He has served a number of multinational enterprises involving various industries. Furthermore, Tan also has experience in Anti-corruption and fraud investigation, as well as corporate governance, with specialty in providing solutions in complex compliance cases.

This is DaHui’s latest partner-level hire since adding Lucy Lu and Zhengwei Yang in January.
