近日，达辉律师事务所迎来知识产权专家向莉律师、私募股权及公司并购专家赵培律师以合伙人身份加盟北京办公室。
向律师多年来专注于复杂专利争议解决，在处理专利诉讼案件方面拥有丰富经验，被选任为北京市律师协会专利法律专业委员会委员。在加入达辉之前，向律师曾在一家中国律师事务所担任合伙人，并在另一家中国顶级律师事务所执业多年，长期专注于专利侵权诉讼、专利无效及行政诉讼和与知识产权相关的许可、交易和咨询业务，代理了众多业界领先公司的大型复杂标准必要专利和非标准必要专利纠纷案件。在此之前，向律师曾在国家知识产权局和专利复审委员会工作近八年，向律师还曾担任一家“财富五百强”公司的专利官职务。
赵培律师此前在美国谢尔曼·思特灵律师事务所的亚洲基金团队和并购团队执业多年，专注于投资基金、并购、私募股权和风险投资及公司日常事务等，在基金设立领域代表过亚洲和中国的众多基金发起人，针对各种类型的私募股权基金、风险投资基金、共同投资基金、项目基金、母基金为客户提供基金结构设计、重组和运营方面的法律服务。加入达辉后，赵律师将继续在其专注领域展开执业。
DaHui strengthens IP, Private Equity and M&A teams by adding partners in Beijing
Dahui Lawyers welcomes new partners Xiang Li, a patent specialist, and Zhao Pei, an expert in private equity and M&A, in its Beijing office.
Over the years, Li has accumulated extensive experience in patent litigation, also being selected as a member of the Patent Law Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association. Prior to joining DaHui, Li worked as a partner at a PRC law firm and worked at a top PRC law firm for years, specializing in patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation, administrative litigation and IP related licensing, transactions and consulting services, and represented leading enterprises in many complex cases involving Standard-Essential Patent (“SEP”) and non-SEP issues. Prior to such experience, Li worked at the State Intellectual Property Office of China (“SIPO”, now China National Intellectual Property Administration, “CNIPA”) and Patent Reexamination Board (“PRB”) for nearly 8 years. Li was also a Patent Officer of a Fortune 500 company.
Zhao practiced at Shearman & Sterling’s Asia Investment Funds and M&A groups in their Beijing and Hong Kong office before joining DaHui. She focuses on investment funds, M&A, private equity and venture capital financings and general corporate matters, representing a wide range of fund sponsors in China and throughout Asia for fund formation and regularly advises clients on structuring, restructuring and operation of various types of private equity funds, venture capital funds, co-investment funds and project funds. After joining DaHui, Zhao will continue practicing in her areas of expertise.
