在北京通商律所担任合伙人十年后，宋迪煌近日离开该所，加入广东敬海律所，担任合伙人。敬海是2011年ALB航运业律所大奖的获得者。 宋律师将在下月正式加入敬海， 他将在深圳和北京两地执业。
宋律师在处理提单、租约、海上保险、国际信用证/票据等纠纷、国内外诉讼和仲裁、船舶/货物扣押、碰撞以及国际贸易等事务方面有极其丰富的经验。在加入通商之前，宋律师曾在深圳广东海利律所担任顾问。 这之前，宋律师在中国国际贸易促进委员会法律事务部工作. 在这期间，他曾在多个国际律所进修访问。
宋律师也是国际海事委员会执行委员，是该委员会的唯一亚洲执委。
After 10 years working with corporate heavyweight Commerce & Finance Law Office (通商) as partner, Song Dihuang (宋迪煌), has left the firm and joined Wang Jing & Co (敬海), the winner of ALB Shipping Law Firm of the year 2011. Song will join Wang Jing & Co in October 2011.
Song, who will travel between the firm’s Shenzhen and Beijing offices, has nearly two decades of experience in maritime law including bills of lading, charter parties, marine insurance, litigation and arbitration. Prior to his time at Commerce & Finance, Song worked for local Shenzhen firm Henry & Co Law Firm (海利) as a consultant. Before that, Song worked in the Department of Legal Affairs of the China International Trade Promotion Committee. In this role, Song worked closely with international shipping firms such as as Ince & Co, Galland Kharach Morse & Garfinkle and Sinclair Roche & Templerley.
Song is also the only Asian executive member in Comite Maritime International.
