近日，金杜律师事务所迎来黄逸宇律师作为国际合伙人加盟其北京/香港办公室金融资本部。此前，黄律师执业于美国达维律师事务所纽约及香港办公室。

黄律师的主要职业领域包括上市及非上市公司的企业融资、证券发行、债券发行、私募股权投资和企业并购。他曾代表过众多客户成功完成其在亚洲区的重要资本市场交易，在金融服务、保险、能源、生物制药、技术及通讯领域等行业均有丰富的经验。

这是金杜今年在国内继4月迎来11位合伙人之后，做出的又一项重要横向招聘。此外，金杜还于今年3月迎来Jake Robson以并购业务合伙人身份加盟其新加坡办公室。

KWM hires cap markets expert from Davis Polk

King & Wood Mallesons has hired capital markets specialist Sam Huang as a partner in its Beijing and Hong Kong offices from Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Huang, who was based in Davis Polk’s New York and Hong Kong offices, specialises in public and private corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, debt offerings and private equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented clients in a number of capital market deals in Asia, in industries such as financial services, insurance, energy, biopharmaceuticals and telecommunications.

This is KWM’s first lateral hire domestically since it added 11 partners in April. KWM also added M&A partner Jake Robson in its Singapore office from Morrison & Foerster in March.
