霍金路伟律师事务所今日迎来并购专家姜少辉律师以合伙人的身份加盟，与姜律师一同加入霍金路伟的还有他的两位团队成员。

姜律师的执业领域侧重并购、私募股权投资、项目开发与融资，广泛涉及能源、基础设施、制造和技术等多个商业领域。加入伟凯之前，他曾就职于美国高盖茨律师事务所。

Hogan Lovells makes M&A hire from White & Case

Hogan Lovells has recently added M&A expert Jiang Shaohui as a partner from White & Case, where he was a partner. Jiang brings with him two members of his existing team.

Jiang focuses on M&A, private equity investments, and project development and finance in a variety of business sectors, including energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and technology. Prior to joining White & Case, Jiang worked at K&L GATES.
