Roberta Chang在处理税务咨询和争议解决领域具有丰富的经验，特别是为跨国公司在收购和合资企业、公司重组、融资等方面的跨境税务问题提供咨询。她还为直接税、间接税、转让定价、合规事宜以及行政法律争议和上诉案件中的税收考虑提供咨询。

Global firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Roberta Chang as a tax partner Hogan Lovells' Shanghai office.

Chang has advises multinational companies on cross-border tax issues in acquisitions and joint ventures, corporate restructurings, financings, and dissolutions.
