鸿鹄律师事务所近日迎来争议解决律师梁曙明以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。此前，梁律师自2019年起担任海问律师事务所合伙人，并于2017年9月至2018年12月担任海航集团高级法务。此外，梁律师还曾在霍金路伟律师事务所执业超过16年。

梁律师擅长处理复杂的商业诉讼、仲裁、监管调查和反洗钱等法律事务。他的主要业务特长涵盖金融服务争议、股东争议、欺诈和资产追回、劳动雇佣、产品责任、司法审查和诉讼破产方面的法律服务。

这是鸿鹄香港办公室今年的首起合伙人级别引入。梁律师加盟后，鸿鹄香港办公室共有17位合伙人。

B&B adds dispute resolution partner in Hong Kong

Bird & Bird has hired dispute resolution expert Danny Leung as a partner in its Hong Kong office from Haiwen & Partners, where he joined in 2019 and was also a partner. Leung was a senior legal counsel at HNA Group from September 2017 to December 2018. Before that, he practiced at Hogan Lovells for more than 16 years.

Leung has specialty in dealing with complex commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory investigation, and anti-money laundry. He focuses on areas including financial services disputes, shareholder disputes, fraud and asset recovery, labour and recruitment, product liability, judicial review, and litigation and bankruptcy.

This is first partner-level hire by the Hong Kong office of B&B. Following the joining of Leung, the office now has 17 partners.
