Shortly after working on the Allen & Overy team advising on the US$19bn IPO of the Agricultural Bank of China, Rose Zhu has made a career move by joining K & L Gates' Beijing office as a partner in the firm's corporate practice group.
Zhu, previously a senior counsel in Allen & Overy's Beijing office, has 13 years of experience advising in the US, Hong Kong and China on cross-border transactions, capital markets, M&A, public offerings and PE financings.
K&L Gates currently has four offices in Greater China - Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Taipei. ALB
