China’s Anjie Law Firm has boosted its capital market practice with the hire of partners Feng Cuixi, Zhang Di and Ji Zhenggang in Beijing.
Feng, who joins from Grandway Law Firm, focuses her practice on IPOs, refinancing and backdoor listing matters. An expert in advising companies in listing domestically in Hong Kong, Zhang joins from Zhong Yin Law Firm. Meanwhile Ji, who was the Compliance Officer at China’s ZZ Capital, advises on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and insolvency matters. Prior to ZZ Capital, Ji had stints at King & Wood Mallesons and Grandway Law Firm.
Known for its antitrust practice, Anjie recently represented China’s Ministry of Commerce in the landmark case against Qualcomm, which agreed to pay a record $975 million fine to settle an antirust dispute in China.
The trio is expected to boost Anjie’s capital markets practice in Beijing as the firm seeks to establish itself as a full service platform.
