近日，安理国际律师事务所中国联营伙伴上海朗悦律师事务所迎来资深诉讼律师王晓萌以合伙人身份加盟。加盟朗悦前，她曾在方达律师事务所担任合伙人。与王律师一同加盟朗悦的还有其诉讼团队的另外三名成员。

王律师的主要执业领域包括争议解决、调查、监管合规等，在代理国内外客户处理复杂诉讼和仲裁案件方面经验丰富，多涉及跨境事务。她尤其擅长协助客户处理重组和破产、金融服务、专业责任和环境保护有关的事务。此外，王律师还经常协助客户应对由美国主导的涉华事务合规调查，特别是涉及国家秘密和数据隐私保护以及反腐败和欺诈方面的调查案件。

朗悦律师事务所成立于2014年，致力于为中国境内外客户提供专业的中国法律服务。2019年12月，朗悦与安理国际律师事务所（“A&O”）在中国（上海）自由贸易试验区设立了联营办公室（简称“A&O朗悦”）。

A&O’s JO partner Lang Yue adds dispute resolution partner and her team

Allen & Overy’s joint operation partner Shanghai Lang Yue Law Firm has hired Melody Wang as a partner from Fangda Partners.

Wang's practice includes cross-border litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, investigation and regulatory compliance, restructuring, financial services, and environmental protection.

Established in 2014, the Shanghai-headquartered Lang Yue is dedicated to providing professional legal services for Chinese and foreign clients. In December 2019, Lang Yue and international firm Allen & Overy established the Allen & Overy Lang Yue (FTZ) Joint Operation Office in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

Jane Jiang, partner at A&O Shanghai office and the representative of A&O Lang Yue’s Management Committee, says in a statement: “Wang's expertise and extensive experience will significantly enhance our dispute resolution capabilities in China...
