安理国际律师事务所（A&O）近日迎来陈韵仪律师、李承轩律师以及杨佩君律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。

陈律师专注于复杂、高价值和跨辖区商事诉讼、破产和债务执行，以及国际仲裁业务，在服务中国金融机构以及能源、建筑和TMT行业客户方面经验尤为丰富。加入A&O前， 她曾在伟凯律师事务所担任合伙人，也是伟凯在香港唯一的商业诉讼及国际仲裁合伙人。

李律师深耕并购领域，在能源、基础设施、金融服务和金融科技等并购活动活跃的行业经验颇丰。加入A&O前，他曾在年利达律师事务所担任公司业务负责人。

杨律师专注于公司法业务领域，主要为投资银行和公司企业的公开并购和股权融资提供法律服务。加入A&O前，她曾在年利达律师事务所担任合伙人。

A&O在新闻稿中指出，陈律师的加盟将进一步加强该所的亚太诉讼业务；李律师和杨律师的到来也将为A&O在跨境并购、香港公开收购等重大公司交易、以及资本市场领域带来丰富的实务经验。

至此，A&O今年在香港引入了4位合伙人级别律师。

A&O adds experts in Hong Kong

Allen & Overy has hired Melody Chan, Gilbert Li and Iris Yeung as partner in its Hong Kong office. 

Chan focuses on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, debt enforcement and insolvency work and international arbitration. She has particular experience of advising Chinese financial institutions, as well as clients in the energy, construction and TMT sectors. Prior to joining A&O, Chan was the only commercial litigation and international arbitration partner at White & Case Hong Kong office.

Li focuses on M & A, and he has advised on some of the most high-profile and complex public M&A transactions in Asia-Pacific, and has an established track record leading on private M&A and ECM transactions. Prior to joining A&O, Li was the head of corporate at Linklaters Hong Kong office.

Yeung focuses on corporate, she advises investment banks and corporations on public M&A and equity fund-raising exercises. Prior to joining A&O, Yeung was a partner at Linklaters Hong Kong office.

A&O addresed in a release that the firm will be expanding its litigation and Asia-Pacific corporate practice with the appointment of the three partners.

So far A&O has added four partners in Hong Kong this year.
