Ashurst has hired Chin Chuan Chen as a partner in its finance team in Beijing and Singapore from Clifford Chance.

A specialist in finance and debt restructuring transactions in Asia, Chen has expertise in acting for Chinese banks and on energy, mining and infrastructure projects.
