Beijing Hui Zhong Law Firm has hired dispute resolution and financial law specialist Ma Xiaohu as a senior partner in Beijing from Morrison & Foerster. 

Ma, who spent 25 years in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster, specializes in commercial dispute resolution, international arbitration and other related matters. He advises on China-related securities offerings, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound China-related investment, real estate development, financing and other transactional issues.

Prior to MoFo, Ma spent two years at China Legal Service (HK), and five years at the Legal Affairs Centre of China’s Ministry of Justice.
