China’s Broad & Bright has welcomed back Zhang Libin as a partner in Beijing from Siemens, where he headed that company’s in-house M&A team in Asia and Australia.

Zhang specialises in foreign direct investment, M&A, overseas investment, energy, environment and arbitration, and has practiced law for more than 17 years. He was a partner at Broad & Bright when he joined Siemens in 2012.

Currently the firm has more than 110 lawyers in its Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Tokyo offices.
