Duane Morris & Selvam (DM&S) has appointed Justin J.X. Cai as a director in its corporate, banking and finance practice groups in Shanghai from MWE China Law Offices, McDermott Will & Emery’s strategic alliance in China.

Cai focuses on M&A, joint ventures, outbound investment, project finance, real estate, private equity/venture capital, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation, labour law, foreign exchange compliance and customs law.  

DM&S, U.S. law firm Duane Morris’ Singapore joint venture with Selvam LLC, also has offices in Singapore and Yangon. Additionally, Duane Morris has offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
