Eversheds corporate partner Stephen Kitts has relocated to the firm’s Hong Kong office from London to capitalise on growth opportunities in Asia.
Specialising in M&A, disposals and private equity, Kitts will work closely with Hong Kong-based corporate head, Stephen Mok, on both inbound and outbound corporate and M&A matters in Asia.
“This is a tangible demonstration of Eversheds' ambition and commitment to push forward our global corporate credentials to our clients,” said Kitts in a statement. “It is personally tremendously exciting to be in a role which is at the forefront of Eversheds' strategic plans.”
