Fangda Partners has recruited Michael Han from Freshfields as a partner at its Beijing office.
Han, who has practised competition law since 2005, has extensive experience in merger control work and anti-competitive behaviour. Han joined Freshfields in 2002, and was the head of the firm’s China competition practice for the last few years.
He also worked at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (the Ministry of Commerce now) before moving to private practice.

Fangda Partners has more than 250 lawyers based in its four offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Fangda has a dedicated antitrust and competition practice group.
