Han Kun Law Offices has added two partners in Beijing and Shanghai: Li Baofu, an expert in civil and commercial dispute resolution who previously worked as general counsel for an energy company, and Li Huhuan, formerly a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Li Baofu’s areas of practice include property law, contract law, guarantee law, corporate law, civil procedure law and bankruptcy law. He started his career as a judge in 1986, eventually becoming vice president of an intermediate people’s court. 

Li Huhuan, who has more than 11 years of experience, specializes in asset securitization, insurance fund management, and mergers and acquisitions. He was promoted to partner at Zhong Lun in March 2017.

汉坤迎来两位合伙人加入北京和上海办公室

汉坤律师事务所北京办公室和上海办公室分别迎来两位合伙人的加入：李保甫先生和李虎桓律师。李保甫先生是一位是民商事争议解决法律专家，加入汉坤前曾担任某能源集团总法律顾问，李虎桓律师此前在中伦律师事务所作为合伙人执业。

李保甫先生专注于物权法、合同法、担保法、公司法、民诉法、破产法。自1986年起长期在法院任职，历任审判员、副庭长等职务，并曾任某市中级人民法院副院长等等。

李虎桓律师执业经历超过11年，主要执业领域为资产证券化、保险资金运用以及与之相关的收购与兼并发法律服务。2017年3月，在中伦律师事务所晋升为合伙人。
