Howse Williams Bowers has grown its corporate practice in Hong Kong with the addition of Chia Ching Tan to its partnership.
Previously an associate at Reed Smith Richards Butler, Tan focuses on corporate matters including initial public offerings, corporate restructuring, acquisition and disposal, and regulatory compliance.
Tan has been involved in several IPOs on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, most recently advising a Hong Kong media and telecommunications provider on a separate listing of its telecoms business.
In addition to Tan, Howse Williams Bowers appointed six new partners last December.
