Jones Day has named 45 lawyers to the firm’s partnership, with six based in Asia, effective Jan. 1 next year.
The six partners are dispute resolution expert Jerry Ling and M&A lawyer Liming Yuan in Shanghai, antitrust and competition specialist Yizhe Zhang in Beijing, capital markets lawyer Julian Lin in Hong Kong, M&A expert Raymond Wang in Taipei, and private equity specialist Carolyn McNabb in Singapore.
Outside of Asia, Jones Day has announced 29 partner promotions in the U.S., six in the UK, three in Germany, and one in France.
