JunHe has hired corporate expert Li Lin as a counsel in Beijing from Grandway Law Offices, where he was a partner. 

Lin has more than 15 years of experience in project financing, overseas investment & international project, equity investment/financing, real estate and construction on a broad range of sectors. He also represents clients on general corporate matters including infrastructure in M&A transactions, restructuring, equity trading, trust, and asset disposition, among others. 

As the first Chinese graduate from King’s College majoring in construction law & dispute resolution, Lin has accumulated legal experience in international project financing, international construction law and dispute resolution. He has published books on project contract, project financing and procurement of infrastructure projects. 

Prior to Grandway, Lin worked at V&T Law Firm.

林立律师有超过15年的执业经验，主要业务领域包括基础设施项目融资、海外投资和国际工程、股权投融资、房地产和建设工程，并在多个行业领域具备丰富经验。林律师也提供公司日常法律服务，包括涉及基础设施投资并购、企业重组、股权交易、信托、资产处置等很多方面。

作为首位毕业于国王学院工程争议法的中国律师，林律师熟知国际项目融资、国际工程法律和争议解决方面的法律实务，同时也拥有深厚理论功底，曾出版工程合同、项目融资、基础设施项目采购等方面著作。

在国枫执业之前，林律师在万商通勤律师事务所执业。
