Kejie has hired Pascal Demko and Rupert Varnai as foreign legal counsels. The duo focus on mergers and acquisitions and investment.
Demko, who has been in the legal profession since 1991, worked at Jeantet & Associés in Paris. His practice focuses on the area of mergers and acquisitions, investment, real estate, corporate law and international law.
Varnai, a lawyer since 1997, has worked with Baker & McKenzie, ECOVIS and Yingke. His practice focuses on the area of mergers and acquisitions, investment, media and advertisement, corporate law, competition law and international law.
