O’Melveny & Myers on Monday announced six partner promotions worldwide, including Shanghai-based M&A lawyer Wenseng (Wendy) Pan.

Pan has experience in technology-based transactions, having advised life sciences companies and technology companies on product and technology licensing, strategic partnerships, and joint venture formations, and research, product development, and commercialisation collaborations. She acted in private and public M&As, including leveraged buy-outs, stock and/or cash acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, mergers, tender offers, and going-private transactions. Pan joined OMM in 2011.

The firm also promoted to partnership Christopher Del Rosso in Newport Beach, Houman Ehsan and Carlos Lazatin in Los Angeles, David Leviss in Washington D.C., and Daniel Quinn in London.

“We have selected a new partner class this year that embodies the very best of O’Melveny,” said Bradley J. Butwin, OMM chair, in a statement. “These exceptional lawyers have shown a deep commitment to our clients and our firm, and we look forward to a future that includes their outstanding contributions.”
