Boss & Young has added William Liu to its partnership. Liu, who was previously a senior associate at the Shanghai-based firm, left to pursue an LLM at New York University and also spent time with US firm Troutman Sanders. Liu’s hire will increase the number of partners at the firm to 18.
The New York-admitted Liu practices across the entire spectrum of corporate law from FDI to M&A. He has acted for clients from over 20 countries including Fortune 500 heavyweights such as Magna International, PETRONAS, R.R. Donnelley & Sons, and TNT. ALB
