Stephenson Harwood has grown its Greater China team with the appointments of Peter Hodson and Jezamine Fewins as consultants in Hong Kong, and Hugh Dong as a legal director in the firm’s newly launched office in Beijing.
Dong advises clients on corporate, M&A, construction, shipping and securities issues, and is experienced in handling litigation and arbitration matters. He joins the firm from Beijing King & Bond Law Firm, where he was a partner.
Previously with Clyde & Co, Fewins specialises in commercial litigation, with a focus on employment and intellectual property matters.
Hodson joins Stephenson Harwood’s wealth management practice as a consultant and head of trusts in Hong Kong. He focuses on banking, finance, wealth management and fiduciary services, and has mediated in trust and finance-related disputes. Hodson is a former chairman of the Hong Kong Trustees Association and former president of the Guernsey International Legal Association.
