Zhonglun W&D has appointed capital markets expert Lin Lei as a partner in its Shanghai office.
Lin, who previously held an in-house position at Titan Petrochemicals Group Ltd., was earlier theShanghai managing partner of KhattarWong, as also worked with Drew & Napier.
Specialising in IPOs, cross border transactions, M&As, PE and property, Lin focuses on various forms of fundraising. His clients have included Chinese companies like China XLX and Synear, both of which listed in Singapore, and International Taifeng, which listed in Hong Kong, along with OCBC, Cambridge REIT and other Singapore-oriented funds.
