2月6日，中国民用电工产品生产商公牛集团在上交所上市，此次上市共募集35. 67亿元资金。上海联合律师事务所作为发行人律师参与交易，上市主承销商则为国金证券。

根据公牛集团新闻稿及上交所资料，公牛集团成立于1995年，总部位于浙江宁波，其产品主要为排插、开关和LED照明设备，广泛应用于家庭、办公等用电场合。公司目前在中国拥有105万个销售网点。

联合律师事务所主导此项目的律师为高级合伙人张晏维，以及合伙人郑茜元 。

United acts on Gongniu Group’s $510 mln Shanghai IPO

Shanghai United Law Firm has acted on household civil electrical product producer Gongniu Group’s $510 million initial public offering in Shanghai, with Sinolink Securities acting as the sole sponsor.

According to Gongniu’s press release and materials published by Shanghai Stock Exchange, founded in 1995 and headquartered in Ningbo, Jiangsu Province, Gongniu mainly produces sockets, switches and LED lights that are wildly used in households and offices. It now has a sales network with 1.05 million outlets across China.

The United team was led by partners Zhang Yanwei and Zheng Qianyuan.
