2022年10月，华夏银行股份有限公司成功完成非公开发行A股股票项目，募集资金人民币80亿元。天达共和律师事务所为发行人提供了全程服务。

本项目是天达共和继华夏银行2003年IPO以来，连续第5次助力华夏银行顺利圆满完成股权再融资项目，也是在战投新规实施后首个采用询价方式非公开发行股票的全国性股份制商业银行项目。

E&C on Huaxia Bank’s $ 1.1 bln refinancing project

Huaxia Bank has recently raised $ 1.1 billion by issuing A share stocks non-publicly. East & Concord Partners has provided one-stop services to the issuer in the deal.

This was the fifth time for E&C to provide refinancing services to Huaxia since its initial public offering back in 2003.

The E&C team was led by partner Dorothy Xing.
