近期，由太盟投资集团、中信资本、Ares Management旗下基金Ares、阿布扎比投资局旗下全资子公司Platinum Peony和穆巴达拉投资公司五家公司联合组成的投资集团，和大连万达商管正式签署投资协议，联合向大连新达盟商业管理有限公司投资约人民币600亿元，合计持股60%，大连万达商管持股40%。

大连新达盟为新设立的投资控股公司，其子公司为珠海万达商业管理集团股份有限公司。珠海万达商管是万达集团下设的商管业务平台，目前在中国的230座城市管理着496个大型商业广场。
这项战略投资是中国商业地产行业的重大里程碑，也是中国私募股权市场近五年来单笔最大规模交易。
据第一财经消息，阿布扎比投资局是代表阿布扎比政府进行谨慎投资、专注于创造长期价值的全球多元化投资机构。穆巴达拉投资公司是一家阿布扎比主权财富基金，旗下管理着全球范围内的多元化投资组合，致力于为阿布扎比政府创造持续的财务回报。

Freshfields, A&O on Dalian Wanda Commercial Management’s equity restructuring, the largest private equity transaction in China in five years
Recently, an investment consortium comprising five companies - PAG, Trustar Capital, Ares, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Mubadala - officially signed an investment agreement with Dalian Wanda Commercial Management.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Tian Yuan Law Firm provided legal services to Dalian Wanda Commercial Management, while Allen & Overy assisted Mubadala in executing the investment.
The consortium will jointly invest approximately $8.67 billion in Newland Commercial Management, holding a 60% stake, with Dalian Wanda Commercial Management retaining the remaining 40%.
Newly established Newland Commercial Management is an investment holding company. It controls Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management, which is Wanda Group's commercial management business platform and currently managing 496 large commercial plazas across 230 cities in China.
This strategic investment marks a major milestone in China's commercial real estate industry and is the largest single private equity deal in China in the past five years.
According to local media outlet Yicai, the ADIA is a globally diversified investment institution that invests funds on behalf of the Government of Abu Dhabi with a focus on generating sustainable long-term value. Mubadala is an Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund that manages a globally diversified portfolio of assets, aiming to generate sustainable financial returns for the Government of Abu Dhabi.
