中国私募股权公司弘毅投资和英国Gondola Group周六表示，两家公司已达成协议，弘毅投资将斥资约9亿英镑(16亿美元)收购后者旗下品牌比萨连锁企业Pizza Express。
两个月前，Pizza Express在北京开设首家比萨店，从而将旗下门店规模扩大至500家。该餐饮集团在香港有12家餐厅，上海则有9家门店，在英国有436家。
私募股权基金Cinven在2007年以13亿欧元(17.7亿美元)收购了Pizza Express品牌持有者Gondola。
据Cinven官网，Gondola在英国休闲餐饮行业非常有名，旗下餐饮品牌还包括ASK、Zizzi和Kettner's。
“这是过去五年来欧洲餐饮业的最大一笔交易，”Gondola和弘毅投资在联合声明中称。
