4月23日，四川百茶百道实业股份有限公司（茶百道）在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市，募资额达3.3亿美元。

高伟绅律师事务所、金杜律师事务所担任独家保荐人的法律顾问；竞天公诚律师事务所、达维律师事务所则为发行人提供法律服务。

这是2024年迄今为止香港市场最大规模的首次公开募股，也是2021年继奈雪的茶成功登录港交所之后，三年来成功赴港的“新茶饮第二股”。

茶百道成立于2008年，专注探索天然食材与中式茶饮的创意搭配，持续研发多元化茶饮产品，截至2024年4月5日，茶百道门在中国共有8,016家门店。根据弗若斯特沙利文的报告，按2023年零售额计，茶百道在中国新式茶饮店市场中排名第三，市场份额达6.8%，2023年茶百道总零售额达人民币169亿元。

CC, Davis Polk on ChaPanda’s $330 mln IPO in HK

Sichuan Baicha Baidao, a Chinese low-priced tea chain also known as ChaPanda has successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 23rd, raising approximately $330 million. 

Clifford Chance, King & Wood Mallesons served as legal advisors to the sole sponsor, while Davis Polk & Wardwell and Jingtian & Gongcheng provided legal services to the issuer.

This marks the largest listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2024 and is the "second new tea drink stock" to come to Hong Kong in the past three years, following the success of Nayuki’s listing in 2021.

Founded in Chengdu in 2008, ChaPanda focuses on exploring the creative pairing of natural ingredients with Chinese tea beverages and continuing to research and develop diversified tea beverage products, as of April 2024, the company operates a total of 8,016 stores in China.

According to a report by Frost & Sullivan, based on 2023 retail sales, ChaPanda ranks third in the freshly made tea beverage market in China, holding a market share of 6.8%. In 2023, ChaPanda's total retail sales from its stores amounted to approximately CNY 16.9 billion.
