福建福昕软件开发股份有限公司（“福昕软件”）于2020年9月8日在上海证券交易所科创板完成首次公开发行并上市，募集资金约28.7亿元。竞天公诚律师事务所作为发行人律师提供法律意见。

福昕软件是一家在全球范围内向企业和个人提供PDF通用电子文档软件产品及服务的公司，产品销售范围覆盖全球200余个国家和地区；主要客户包括戴尔、亚马逊、微软、谷歌等国际知名企业及机构。此次上市使福昕软件成为A股市场PDF软件第一股。

竞天公诚团队牵头律师为合伙人周璇律师，主办律师为林文博律师。

兴业证券、国泰君安担任本次IPO承销商。

Jingtian & Gongcheng represents Foxit Software in STAR Market IPO

Jingtian & Gongcheng has advised Foxit Software on its $419 million IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market.

Foxit Software provides PDF electronic documentation products and solutions to customers in more than 200 countries and regions around the world. By launching this IPO, Foxit Software has become the first PDF software company listed in the Shanghai A-share market.

The Jingtian & Gongcheng team was led by partners Zhou Xuan and Lin Wenbo.

China Industrial Securities and Guotai Junan Securities were the underwriters for this IPO.
